Optical challenges in thick & complex tissue imaging : new development for neuroscience and organoïds

c’est avec plaisir que le Groupement de Recherche Imabio organise de manière conjointe avec le GDR Ondes, deux journées de conférences orientées autour de l’imagerie des échantillons en milieux complexes et épais avec des applications en neurosciences et sur les organoïdes.
Le symposium se déroulera le 1 et le 2 juin dans l’amphithéatre de l’Institut de Psychiatrie et Neurosciences de Paris (Métro 6 -station Glacière).
L’inscription est gratuite mais obligatoire afin de pouvoir organiser le buffet en fonction du nombre de participants. Le but de ces journées et de faire se rencontrer les différentes communautés de biologistes et d’opticiens confrontés aux difficultés d’imagerie en milieu épais. N’hésitez pas à vous inscrire même si vous n’êtes jamais venu aux journées du GDR.

Le programme inclut de nombreux speakers européens et français répartis en différentes sessions dédiées à l’imagerie de super-resolution (STORM, STED in vivo, expansion microscopy, illumination structurée), à l’imagerie light-sheet, à l’imagerie de phase et à l’imagerie bi-photonique in vivo avec notamment l’imagerie des voltage dyes.

Vous aurez la possibilité de présenter vos résultats sous forme de short-talks. N’hésitez pas à soumettre vos abstracts dés maintenant et jusqu’au 27 mai en remplissant le formulaire d’inscriptions (https://forms.gle/y1bhJmFKSprDdcMT9).

Hello everyone,
It is a great pleasure for the GDR Imabio and the GDR Ondes, to announce a commun two days conference oriented around the imaging of complex and thick samples with applications in neurosciences and on organoids.
The symposium will take place on June 1 and 2 in the amphitheater of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurosciences of Paris (Metro 6 – station Glacière).
Registration is free but compulsory in order to be able to organize the buffet according to the number of participants. The aim of these days is to bring together the different communities of biologists and opticians faced with the difficulties of imaging in thick media. Do not hesitate to register even if you have never come to the GDR days.

The program includes many European and French speakers distribute into different sessions dedicated to super-resolution imaging (STORM, STED in vivo, expansion microscopy, structured illumination), light-sheet imaging, phase imaging and in vivo two-photon imaging with, in particular, voltage dye imaging.
